I can't find information about this anywhere, no matter where I search. Anyone happen to know? Maybe somehow give shock nova 100% chance to poison and hit a mob?

Shock Nova is looking like it might have the highest base damage for the sake of Ignite that doesn't have a steep conditional.

Yes, the ring hits, then the full area hits. unless things teleport, stuff hit by the ring will also be hit by the larger full-area hit
