[2020] What if Heist is like Betrayal where the mastermind is a Cat

In all of the reveals I've seen so far, there was no mention of the role of the cat. Yet the trailer included a quick shot of the cat with a meow, as if to say, "oh yeah, here's this random cat." Yet, the cat has been hinted at multiple times in multiple teasers. What's the deal with the cat?

First, this is no normal cat. It has a monocle and bowtie and sits in a fancy chair.

Second, the cat is somehow associated with a ragtag group of thieves.

Third, the cat does not participate in the heists.

Fourth, the cat is significant, due to repetition in teasers.

Using Occam's razor, I speculate that the Cat is the mastermind. This fits well with the league theme, which is similar to Betrayal (yes, gameplay is different, but theme-wise it's similar). In Betrayal, we had many hints that the mastermind was Cat (green theme, necromancy, shadow portrait). So, wouldn't it make sense if the mastermind for Heist was the cat?
