The 1.4.142 update for Path of Building is now available, containing the new and updated skills for 3.7.

This update also contains updates to item bases and mods, as well as other balance changes (such as accuracy).

Other changes (such as new/balanced uniques) are still to come.

For existing users, the update is available via the usual update system; click "Check for Update" at the bottom left if the update hasn't already been downloaded.
For anyone interested in trying the program for the first time, head to the releases page to get the installer.

The simple example from this league is Shockwave Support - if I could have a combined Cyclone/Shockwave support damage value (just using the assumption that the shockwave will always trigger as fast as it can) it would be really excellent.

Yep; this is something I very much want to do, but it will require a significant amount of work.

It's not exactly the same, as Multistrike affects ailments (I think?).

As far as I know they aren't meant to affect it, as its range isn't based on weapon range.
