[2022] Cant pick Archnemesis "organs" (in party leveling) help pls

So, I am playing with my brother, and whenever the Object drops, it shows to me not greyed out as if I could pick it, but when I try to, it drops the item back, and then it greys out, we tried everythin already, him exiting the party, him going to the city, him exiting the game, nothing works, tried farming a whole zone by myself never entering a party, didnt drop the item either, maybe because I was overleveled, tried it in the Ledge monster level 6 area, I was 8

If someone had the same problem please share, if there is no fix, ggg please fix it!
