The existing keys on their website shouldn't have this issue anymore. Also note that these keys from Alienware are for PC accounts only, so console players will get an "Invalid account" error when trying to redeem them.

Alienware have identified the issue where players were getting incorrect keys, causing the "Invalid keys" issue on our website. People who were given an incorrect key will be notifed by Alienware via e-mail with an updated key within the next day.

In 3.19, you'll be able to find a new type of Oil that allows you to anoint Mirrored Items.
