[2020] Issue I have with steam.

So i want to either buy the Crusader support pack or the insatiable malice pack for Christmas, but my steam account has an account alert do to charge backs, and my father isnt really in my life anymore so I cant solve the issue. I was thinking about buying it of the path of exile site which is linked to my steam account, but im worried that it wont credit it to my account or something. Anyone know about this at all? Im worried ill have to switch to another steam account or something which I really dont want to do, so let me know someone if you know anything about this please!
