I used 4 Blood-Filled vessels in my map device and forgot i had a monstrous treasure in my prophecy window. Map procs the Monsterous Treasure as well as using all 4 Blood filled Vessels, there's no ritual in the map and i am out 4 blood-filled vessels
Common sense would dictate that if you cant spawn ritual on the map, then it won't activate and consume the blood-filled vessels the map similar to how Maven cant activate if you've already captured the boss on that map.
