[2021] Locus of Corruption Altar Possibly Bugged?

tl;dr: Corruption Altar sometimes gives regular vaal orb corruption, which should be impossible. Have you seen this?

I've had two altars of corruption now that gave me impossible results. Both times I used it on a 4L Triad Grip, and one time I got a corrupted Triad Grip with sockets that changed colors (but NOT white), and the second time I got an UNINFLUENCED rare brick.

It looks like the Corruption Altar sometimes ends up giving regular Vaal orb results too.

I know this isn't much without a video, so I'm working on getting a video captured of it, but TFTrove folks said I'm the 3rd person to report this sort of wonkiness.

The 4 outcomes of altar should be:

1. Poof
2. All white sockets
3. Two implicits (specifically two implicits, not just a "double apply vaal")
4. Bricked to an influenced corrupted rare

The two outcomes I got are none of those 4 options.

Has anybody else experienced a similar outcome?
