[2019] Unable to make any MTX purchases? Just noticed all previous attempts are now "pending"

A few days ago I went to go purchase another Supporter Pack from the shop and was unable to. Figured maybe it was an issue with my bank or the payment processing company (Xsolla) was having issues or something.  

The exact error I'm getting is "3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support". Tried some solutuions I found online but none of them worked. Tried contacting Xsolla support and they were absolutely useless, contact my CC company and no pending transactions. Also sent over an email to GGG support but haven't heard anything back yet.

is my transaction history and I'm REALLY hoping that I'm not going to be hit by all of them at once. Anyone else run into this particular issue? If so how did you resolve it. Thanks fam  

EDIT: Contacted my CC company again to get a bit more detailed information. Wanted to make sure Xsolla wasn't blocked, and they were not. They also show no "pending" payments on their end at all. I just want my nice MTX cosmetics PepeHands
