While I was playing I was listening to The Envoy's voice lines in particular and I got kind of taken back. I decided to see if there was a audio file on youtube and there is [here](https://youtu.be/0BT9OeRklB4). So many of these lines, he sounds like a brilliant philosopher. Just one example; "Without change, time passes like a tear in a stream. It is invisible, meaningless and insignificant to one with no beginning and no end." It's not just his philosophical lines but just the way he tells the whole story of The Maven. His dialogue seems to have been written by an expert author or authors who are so creative and well versed in literature and language. I have no idea where GGG finds the people to write this stuff but it seems so far beyond what I've heard and what can be expected in any videogame. I don't know, I feel this quality in the game probably gets overlooked a lot. So I tip my cap to GGG today.

Envoy and delirium have the best voice actors by far

Shaper is pretty damn amazing. My favorite trailer of all time is for Atlas of Worlds, and his voice acting is a big part of that.

Fun fact about the voice actor himself: he can’t have been more than 30 years old at the time. It was surreal watching him summon this wizened old man voice out of nowhere in the recording studio.
