Mostly for people who don't want to look at their standard stash, but also sometimes for those who just want to delete the contents of tabs/stash in their entirety to reset, and yes there have been discussions about this in the past, I still think it's important to bring it up once in a while.
Adding a favorite option to certain tabs so that they can be ignored in a mass deletion, as well as a confirmation dialog with the confirm button unable to be clicked until ~5 seconds have passed to make all reasonable efforts to avoid unintended deletions, would probably be a great start.
What other things could be considered in regards to such a feature ?
