[2020] Why, when a Conqueror is occupying a region, is every map of that region highlighted in the stash as effected, even though only maps of the right tier count towards spawning the Conqueror?

It looks like we have a fix for this but I'm unsure of when to expect it to deployed. It's early Monday here so I'm in the process of finding out what's we're working on for this week.
