[2019] Blizzard North and some other events @ Exilecon are not in official livestream

If someone has any idea how we would be able to watch the events that are not being covered by the main livestream, please inform.

I am wondering if they are being recorded and will be uploaded in YouTube but if someone can confirm, that would be great.
