[2022] Looking for ship hideout from announcement stream

Anyone know if the ship hideout shown in the Siege of the Altas announcement stream is an existing hideout with all custom decorations or a new one? And if it's an existing one, can you point me to where it may be from or similar hideouts if it's not public?
