[2021] Conviction of Power isn't working correctly

I've confirmed with power siphon that the +1 max charges from "Conviction of Power" does not work.

I've now tried giving myself yet ANOTHER minimum endurance charge by equipping this sick amulet I found which gives "Disciple of the Unyielding* and it does not work correctly (still stuck at 4 endurance charges).

Thanks for your report, Maximum Charges takes priority over Minimum Charges. If your Maximum number of Endurance Charges is 4 and you have +5 to Minimum Endurance Charges you will only have 4 Endurance Charges. To gain the 5th Endurance Charge you will need to find another source of Maximum Endurance Charges.
