You can use your Steam Wallet to upgrade from Supporter Pack to Supporter Pack, but not point packs to Supporter Packs.
So, if you upgrade to the Sunstone Supporter Pack for $15 USD on the website you can then log into the game using the Steam client and upgrade from Sunstone to Sunspire using your Steam Wallet.
