The realm is now down while we begin deploying Path of Exile: Heist. Patching to the new update will start soon with queues opening some time after that. In three hours, the realm will come up and you'll be able to begin the Heist!
What's your starter build?
If you pre-downloaded the torrent and are now getting the unsupported .gppk error you'll need to remove the content.ggpk, run the game, let it do the small patch and restart, then once it starts checking resources stop it and put the Content.ggpk back in.
We are currently investigating the issue where having pre-downloaded the torrent is causing people to have to download the whole game again. We'll post updates when we have them.

The follow these steps:
- Run PathOfExile.exe once so it patches up to 3.12.0 (a small patch and the patcher will restart)
- Copy the Content.ggpk from the torrent in.
If you've already downloaded the Heist update, we've deployed another small patch with some shaders. If you're sitting in the queue, it's worth restarting your client to get these new shaders.
