Patch notes:
Final changes for todays #planetside2 PTS publish were just checked in and building now. Should be ready for QA team to review in about 20 mins. Hoping to have final sign-off in the next hour. If so, we will bring PTS down and deploy. Release notes to follow once confirmed.

@lonker11 @Strategyofminds @DBG_Bishop Once Esamir goes Live, that's what the continent will continue to look like, though there may be some changes that happen through the campaign. On Live, the four continents will lock and unlock as normal. There is only a lightning storm on Esamir.
