Terrakion is coming back to five-star raids! This time, you might encounter a Shiny Terrakion if you’re lucky. Before Terrakion returns, there’ll be a Raid Hour featuring Virizion this Wednesday, May 13, 2020, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. local time. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Virizion!

The ability to raid remotely is available to Trainers level 5 and above! With a Remote Raid Pass, you’ll be able to join a Raid Battle that you can see on the Nearby screen or tap on the map. You can pick up a Remote Raid Pass in the shop.

Get ready for another Community Day: Play at Home Edition, this time featuring Seedot, the Acorn Pokémon! This special event format will last six hours and will feature increased Incense duration, GO Snapshot surprises, a Special Research story, and more! There’s adventure everywhere! Even when you’re playing from the comfort of your home, there’s plenty to do in the world of Pokémon GO. The upcoming Play at Home section in the Poké Ball menu will soon be your go-to source for info on all the features that let you play the game in individual settings, wherever you are. Before Play at Home is released in the app, it will be available on the Pokémon GO website.

The next temporary 1 PokéCoin bundle is available from now until Monday, May 18, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7). This will be the final bundle and contains the following items.

• Remote Raid Pass × 1
• Poké Balls × 20
• Great Balls × 10
• Ultra Balls × 5

While this is the last of the temporary bundles, we’ve recently made the following changes to Pokémon GO that’ll help you get items more easily!

• Buddies can now bring you Gifts from PokéStops! Send Gifts to friends, and receive Gifts in return that you can open to receive items like Poké Balls, Berries, and more...

Right now, the only way to earn PokéCoins is to defend Gyms. But since Pokémon GO’s release, we’ve added features that have vastly changed the way you play. In addition, with more Trainers playing at home, we’re looking to provide more ways for you to earn PokéCoins while playing in one place. So, in the future, we’ll be rewarding you with PokéCoins for activities besides defending Gyms. We’ll soon be testing this update only with Trainers in Australia, and it’ll be coming to all Trainers after this testing phase.
