The leaders have faced off, but this battle isn’t over. Team GO Rocket’s boss, Giovanni, is out there, and we need your help! Check out a recap of the leaders’ battles, and take on Professor Willow’s Special Research to prepare yourself to face Giovanni.

🔥🔥🔥 Flames encircled the field as Candela and Arlo clashed, and the fiery battle that ensued was enough to scare all the Ponyta. Facing defeat, Arlo withdrew from battle and ran. While Candela knew she’d won the battle, she also knew she’d lost a friend... [2/2] 🔥🔥🔥

❗ Incoming Update ❗ As Candela approached the Ponyta field, Arlo emerged from the shadows. The embers of the Ponyta’s flames flickered in each leader’s eyes as their gazes met. They may have been friends before, but on the battlefield, they were always going to be foes. [1/2]

The resulting battle was electrifying and intense, as both parties’ Pokémon were evenly matched. But as Sierra’s Houndoom fainted, Spark came out victorious and proud. Shocking? Not to someone as prepared as Spark. [2/2] ⚡

❗ Incoming Update ❗ With Poké Balls firmly in hand and eager to redeem himself, Spark used the Rocket Radar to find Sierra at a nearby PokéStop. Normally impulsive, Spark prepared for this moment. This moment was his. [1/2] ⚡

Cliff’s brute strength was no match for Blanche’s chill mannerisms and wit, and Blanche defeated Cliff with little to no effort. As Cliff erupted in anger, Blanche walked away with a smirk and a cool disposition. One down, two to go. [2/2] ❄️

❗ Incoming Update ❗ Using a Rocket Radar, Blanche was able to track down Cliff’s hideout. As the leaders’ eyes met, Cliff tried to use his huge figure to intimidate Blanche. Instead of freezing, Blanche proceeded with a cool head. Blanche knew how to win this fight. [1/2] ❄️
