[2022] I need help ASAP.

I ran into a huge problem. O tried to be a beta diplomacy tester on android and i have 3 informations, 1 is good, second is bad and the third is a catastrophy. The good one is that i succeded in being the beta tester on android. The bad one is that when i try to play any match with any settings when i try skipping my turn i cant and im just stuck there so i cant play. And the catastrophy is that for some reason i lost three tribes that i bought, and this is not a joke sadly. I lost Hoodrick, Polaris and Cymanti.

Now most of you will say that this random 12 yr old is trying to get free tribes, no and here's why. It once happened to me before on a bigger scale after i tried switching accounts or somethin idk that was like 2 yrs ago and i somehow managed to fix it but sadly i dont remember how. I lost all my tribes for a couple of days and i retrieved them.
