not exactly, they did the aquarion rework before the skin
ig it was still around the same time but they announced the rework before they announced the skin
also imo polaris is one of the more "special" special tribes in the game in terms of how different they are to regulars, so i'd imagine a polaris rework would be of lower priority than say, the elyrion rework
There is no plan for an Elyrion rework
i dont see a way they can make ice banks work with both without breaking some logic
