I'm sorry to hear that your XP hasn't been tracking correctly. If you haven't already, I'd recommend that you try these basic connectivity troubleshooting steps to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition.
If your XP still isn't tracking as expected after trying these steps, would you be able to provide a video which shows this behaviour occurring in-game? I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
