[2022] Black Screen of Death update

Hello i would like to report an issue with the game.
So far i have around 50h in the game and 30+ black screen crashes.
My pc goes black screen, the sound stops and then i have to hard reboot (sometimes even that doesn't work and i have to hard shut down).
Now i've tried using older gpu drivers but also the very recent which support Rainbow6 Extraction. I also installed just the drivers in case the gpu software was causing issues.
I've tested my temps on both gpu/cpu and cpu of performance. Ive also Undervolted, underclocked, disabling anti-lag, disabling enhanced freesync, lowering the game graphic settings, turned off fast bios boot etc etc.

The only thing i managed to isolate is when the black screen occur.
It's always while in menu, customise my operator or on mission operator selection. NEVER when i'm in a mission always while in home menu screen.
It flickers for 1 second and then it goes black.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19044) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
Motherboard: msi z270 gaming m5 (ms-7a78)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz 
RX 5700 XT Red Devil (by Powercolor) - Adrenalin 22.1.2 drivers
16G Ram
M.2 Samsung SSD 970 PRO 512GB
