Does this occur during specific points in-game or randomly? Also, I would recommend trying out this connectivity troubleshooting guide, so that this issue can be narrowed down.

I understand that you have been experiencing issues with data centres, and you are not being assigned to the one you believe would be best for your connection. I have had a look into your case, and while, on the game, you cannot manually change datacenters, I want to assure you that this has been forwarded as feedback over to the development team so that they can be aware of what you have said. If any changes are made to data centres, updates will be posted over on our News and Announcements section.
