My physical location is in SEA but for some reason the game always connect to US-East data center. Please check the image

We haven't had any information to suggest there's any issues with the SEA server, including mass issues or it's decommission.
The game will try and auto-connect you to the best server based on ping.
If you haven't done so already, could you please give all of the steps in our PC connectivity troubleshooting guide a try and let us know if there's any changes?
Additionally if you come across any error codes or messages, please also let us know.
