After looking into the issue and implementing the common fixes such as, updating my drivers, changing the 3D Nvidia setting for high performance driver, and adding the game start up parameter "-dx11". None of these troubleshoots have solved the issue. Is there something else I can try?

Hey there.
The team are aware of issues with this particular error and are working on resolving this as we speak.
For the time being a number of players have confirmed that updating both their integrated graphics and dedicated graphics drivers has resolved this for them.
