Every time I go to launch the game I have to turn off text to speech which is annoying as everytime I scroll over somthing the voice pops up to read what’s there. How do I turn this off permanently?

@dropdown67890 Welcome to the forums. How are you exiting the game? Are you closing the program completely and then relaunching or using Quick Resume?
