hello i pre-ordered the new rainbow extraction and the payment was taken when i go through my orders there are nothing i refreshed the tab and still nothing so i bought it again and see what happens, i got charged the game price again now is the 2nd day and my order section is empty i checked my ubisoft connect app and the game still not there please help or at least return my money.

- Your order/s transaction no. Usually found on the Ubisoft Store, or confirmation email we send you after purchase
- A Screenshot of your order, from your Ubisoft Store 'My Orders'
- Price paid and currency 
- Date of purchase

Once we have received this information, we will investigate your account and reply to you over email. I will lock this thread to ensure no details are shared publicly, and we can continue support privately instead.
