I activated Rainbow Six Siege and Rainbow Six Extraction via Xbox game pass on pc and downloaded the games from ubisoft connect.
I played the two games for 2 days and all was working fine.
As of today, the two games have disappeared from the launcher despite your account linking page saying that the games have already been activated.
I am really tired of having all these problems because of your services not working as they should. I demand an explanation for this umpteenth problem.

Hey there @flash_bulb , thanks very much for your post about this. I understand you've had a frustrating time, and I'm sorry to hear about this. It is most unusual to hear that Extraction and Siege have disappeared from your Ubisoft Connect library, after having played for a couple of days already.

I'd recommend contacting our support teams directly about this, as we'll need to take a closer look at your account to determine what the issue is. For data security reasons, we're not able to do that in a public setting such as here on the forums - it needs to be in a private conversation. You'll be able to get in touch through our support site, a Facebook private message, or a Twitter direct message.
