[2021] Contamination event ps4 neither Nomad nor Vigil rewards redeemable

Vigil event even when redeemed does not give anything. Nomad event is still missing or never got implemented either or had same redeem issue as Vigil. I listed vigil above and Nomad below. With supported screen shots. Unfortunately screen grab file on Nomad event are not allowing an ubload.

Hey!

The Vigil skin/charm is a reward for Rainbow Six Extraction and not Siege but you earn it by playing Siege.

You will need to contact Customer Support if you feel you are missing a Reward Containment Pack.
