It says cover spiker in smoke. OK, did that with smoke grenade for both cases when they are dormant and when they're hostile (shooting at me). During both cases waited a bit - nothing, went into smoke and did a takedown - still nothing. Not sure what else am I suppose to do here.. do I need to grind to open Smoke guy and do something with his ability?

I've not seen any other reports of this one being bugged and haven't tried it myself. Would you be able to record a video clip showing the challenge and your attempt at doing it and we'll forward it on to the game team to look into and see if it does look bugged or if you need to do something differently. If you can, please upload it somewhere like YouTube and just link the video on here.
