Looking at Bank specifically, the spawn locations pretty much exposes you out in the open. For Open Alley spawn, I personally rush to the side and rappel to throw off the spawn peekers and those who do run outs.

These are all great tips, and pretty much what I say in threads where players are discussing how to counter spawn peeks. Also, learn the maps. There are some pretty popular pawn peek points and in order to avoid them or even could even counter, you'll need to learn those.
