How often would you say you encounter these types of players? Keep in mind that the team has been monitoring the conversation surrounding smurf accounts. For cheaters, make sure you're reporting these types of players in-game, and if you happen to have a recording or some type of visual evidence catching them in the act, feel free to bring that to our Support team to be looked at. It's never fun to sit down for a play session and come across people like this, so I completely understand your level of frustration.
