Is there any particular reason why you feel this way towards Maestro's LMG? Just based off my experience, I feel like removing his ACOG could end up being a significant change to how often he's picked. When you see a Maestro picked, he almost always has an ACOG equipped.

Same thing goes for Ela's buff. The first couple of shots you fire at an enemy are usually the most important, and with her first 16 bullets getting a buff, I think it'll align her into a place the community is (hopefully) pleased with. :)
