[2020] UBI Remove SBMM in siege quick match

Is SBMM just obligated to be in every fps game now. due to my high rank i got matched with a obvious level 64 throwaway cheater who was plat 1 with a 2.4kd i showed no proof i was on stairs i went there for 5 seconds and he tapped me and it was no lucky shot because he was kicked after a 1v3 "clutch" after he knew every pos of my tm. remove sbmm fully so that others can have a laugh in casual with randoms

Hm. This post is a bit confusing to me because by removing SBMM in Siege, wouldn't that increase the possibility of being placed with even higher ranks in Quick Match since there are no parameters? For those unaware, Quick Match has a separate MMR from Unranked and Ranked. The more you win QM games, the higher your elo goes just like every other mode. A player's rank from Ranked does not factor into their Quick Match matchmaking in any way, shape, or form. If you're coming across High Golds, Plats, Diamonds in QM, this is not due to their seasonal ranking. Players who are in that elo in Ranked rarely play Quick Match, so when you get placed against them, it's just due to you being within their QM MMR.
