[2021] Just lost a skin and Ubisoft support told me tough luck...

It's just a skin I bought to complete the Jackal green and black set back in that season, so I'm not going to give the support guy a hard time because I know they won't be able to do anything.

So, prepare to randomly lose your black ice skin because they just want to remove it and they can just say they have no record of it, end of story. You can't do nothing about it.
