Hey tarkhuna, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear you're having this issue.

As it stands, your in-game settings are tied to your Ubisoft Account and not the computer, therefore I would advise you to ensure that you have the exact same settings on both accounts and issue should no longer persist.

You will be able to locate your GameSettings.ini file in your Documents (C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\) and you can check both files for both of your accounts which will allow you to also see if settings match.

If that doesn't solve the issue, try deleting your GameSettings.ini for both accounts.

In case if problem is still there, you can also try resetting your save files which will also reset situations, loadouts and in-game settings, however for this one, I would recommend you to back those files up first before completely removing from system, in case if that doesn't help to resolve this.
