[2020] Map ban isn't random

Hm, that's interesting. Like Diego, it's been random for me. Everyone votes for the map they want to be banned and depending on if it was a ban split or unanimous, it will choose whichever map is left.

add the new holo for all the ops and the 1.5

As of now I've played 100+ matches, can confirm it's always the left one.

Hm. I'll look into this to see if there's any validity to it, but based on my knowledge, the map selection system is geared towards any particular side.
