Purchasing the Battle Pass doesn't increase your chances of landing a Black Ice drop BP packs. The chances are the same as getting a pack from a roll.

bruh your pack drops are also rigged. I simply cant get it if its below 35% its been like that after operation neon dawn release

Hm, that's interesting. It's possible you're just getting bad luck? Alpha Pack rolls are RNG, there's no algorithm that prevents players from getting a pack on a certain percentage. I've seen players get one on the lowest percentage possible, so it's just the luck of the draw.
