When you say " Like Rook" are you suggesting Blackbeard giving shields to other Attackers?

I don't remember the exact number but it's somewhere between the 50-75 HP range.

Blackbeard is one of those Operators you have to be careful with when it comes to making changes to his gadget. Right now, as it stands, his gadget allows him to survive two would-be headshots. I feel like any kind of buff to his shield would put him back into the "overpowered" conversation.
