Thank you for sharing your experience!
Many players have transferred from console to PC instead out of preference mostly. I think most of the skill that transfers from console is pure game knowledge, which I understand is unfair for players who are legitimate new to the game. The important thing to note with Quick Match MMR is that after a few games they should be at the proper MMR for their skill.
I've seen a few players also share they've experienced a lot of smurf accounts within the Newcomer playlist, which is supposed to be a playlist designed to introduce players to the mechanics of Siege. Do you have any suggestions to improve the Newcomer playlist to prevent instances like this from happening?
For legitimate smurf accounts, this is a new topic the team has been investigating more about. We appreciate it when players share their smurfing experiences with us as it lets us get a better understanding of the motive behind smurfing, as well as demonstrate flags of behaviors from smurfs/derankers. It is a bit difficult to identify smurf accounts from a backend perspective since it is pretty hard to legitimize any accusations without concrete information.
As far as hackers go, you should either be using the in-game report button or submitting a Cheater Report[support.ubi.com] with as much detail as possible. Any clips or screenshots are appreciated as well.
