Hey there.

This error you're seeing is usually because you're launching the game whilst signed in to a Ubisoft account where the game hasn't been activated.

Are you aware of any other Ubisoft accounts you own? If so I would recommend signing in on those and trying again. When you're on the correct account you will no longer see this error.

If you're not sure of any other Ubisoft accounts you have please reach out to us via a support case and we'll investigate further for you.
