[2020] Switching to Secondary

Is there anyway to change this somehow? I don't care how far or how little I've already gone into the reload animation. If it's "uncancellable" at that point fine, I still don't care. If I press 2 I want it to register 2. Even if that means it's delayed until after the reload finishes.

Have you tried using the scroll wheel to swap weapons?
