[2020] Can you make Zero's pistol have more damage and to be more accurate from hip fire?

I think Zero/Sam is in a good spot right now. I'm a massive Splinter Cell fan and I know how strong and fun his pistol was in Chaos Theory and all the previous titles, but we don't want to make him too strong. Right now he's a great attacker intel Op with good weapons. I don't see any buffs coming to him for the foreseeable future.
