[2021] Seriously now, Ubisoft (operator glow, Sledge's SMG, Fuze & Laaaazer drones)

The addition of adding the operator glow is to prevent those wearing camouflaged gear from having an unfair advantage. I've seen some suggest that we remove skins that fall under that category, but the team feels the best course of action is for everyone to be on the same playing field in terms of visibility.
