Hi I have been banned for 24 hours from ranked because the sound glitch and booting I know you guys cant do anything about booting but this is my fourth time I have got banned leading me to get banned for a whole day because this glitch where i get no audio then it kicks me could you guys possibly fix this glitch or unban me

I apologize, we are unable to remove these sanctions. We are investigating this issue crashing issue on Xbox but we have yet to fix this permanently in-game.
