[2020] Clash is still bugged

If I'm remembering correctly, this ALSO applies to EMPs depleting it. Which is where the biggest issue lies since the things last a decade and sitting there not knowing when it's back in the thick of the fight where every tiny little bit of her charge and when to use it matters immensely seriously hurts her.
