[2019] HIGH CPU USAGE AND LOW FPS

Hey,

I'd recommend to try the FPS Limiter to see if this helps you out, steps to do this can be found here: https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/siege/en-us/news/152-324640-16/100-cpu-usage

Try setting it in the region you want however 60 is a good target

I'd also try lowering your Graphics settings afterwards and you may see some FPS gains and more stability

The FPS Limiter helped me a lot!
Cpu is now in ~ 70%
and the fps does not go below 60
