I tried changing my email to a different email and after that, my siege just always loaded on offline mode and I can't play anymore. I don't what happened.

Hey @loki_lostt! Sorry to hear you've encountered this issue.

I can see that there was an outage on the day you posted. This could have affected your ability to play online.

However, let's try the following:

  • Please log out of Ubisoft connect
  • When logging back in, on the bottom of the login screen you should see a set of options. Click that.
  • Make sure that the Offline Mode box is unticked
  • Login again
